Abstract

This article analyzes the methods and technical means of cleaning the closed horizontal drainage system from sediments in irrigated lands. Closed horizontal drainage cleaning devices are classified according to the type, shape of the working head and structural features. The use of the recommended closed horizontal drainage cleaning head in drainage cleaning allows reducing manual labor, water consumption, fuel and labor costs in cleaning closed horizontal drainage from sediments.
