Cultural And Institutional Barriers For Women Leaders In Education

This article analyzes the role of women leaders in education and examines the cultural and institutional barriers they face. Drawing on both global practices and local contexts, the study highlights issues related to gender inequality in leadership, patriarchal norms, stereotypes, and limitations in human resources policies and mentoring systems. The article concludes with recommendations for strengthening gender equality and creating a supportive environment for women leaders in the education sector.
