Abstract

In the 20th century, society is evolving in the so-called VUCA world – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity. These processes pose new challenges and have a direct impact on all areas of society. In Uzbekistan's context, analyzing the VUCA environment is of great importance. New reforms, digital transformation, institutional changes, and global integration processes underway in Uzbekistan are bringing the country closer to a VUCA environment. This requires adaptive management, a scientific approach, and strategic thinking.

The article analyzes the nonlinearity of social processes in the VUCA environment and its socio-philosophical aspects.
