The article examines current issues and innovative mechanisms for protecting human ecology in the conditions of the new Uzbekistan. The authors of the article reveal the content, features and practices of the problem of human ecology, closely linking it with the results of reforms carried out in society. In the conditions of the formation of civil society, the process of maintaining environmental balance is directly related to the implementation of democratic reforms, the construction of a sovereign, legal, secular, social state. Taking into account the above, the protection of human ecology requires systematic improvement of its institutional foundations.
