Vancesarah@theusajournals.com
Abstract: Background: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into electronic commerce has revolutionized the sector, enabling unprecedented levels of personalization and pricing efficiency. However, the opacity of complex machine learning models—often described as "black boxes"—has precipitated a crisis of consumer trust. As regulatory frameworks like the European Union’s AI Act emerge, the industry faces a critical juncture between algorithmic optimization and ethical transparency.

Methods: This study employs a systematic integrative review and conceptual framework analysis. We synthesized data from recent academic literature, industry reports on AI marketing, and regulatory documents regarding trust and excellence in AI. The analysis focuses on three core pillars: hyper-personalization engines, dynamic pricing algorithms, and Explainable AI (XAI) methodologies.

Results: The findings indicate a dualistic impact of AI. While AI-driven personalization and dynamic pricing significantly enhance revenue and operational efficiency, they simultaneously increase consumer anxiety regarding data privacy and fairness. Specifically, opaque dynamic pricing is frequently perceived as predatory, whereas transparent personalization is viewed as value-added.

Conclusion: We conclude that the sustainability of AI in e-commerce depends on the adoption of Explainable AI (XAI). By shifting from opaque algorithms to transparent, interpretable models, retailers can adhere to emerging regulations and, more importantly, foster deep consumer trust. The future of algorithmic commerce lies not merely in prediction, but in explanation.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Dr. Elias Thorne , Sarah J. This study proposes an econometric framework to assess the impact of handicraft sector development on creative economy efficiency at the regional level. Using panel data from selected regions, the research incorporates indicators such as handicraft production volume, employment in craft-related activities, innovation intensity, market access, and digital commercialization. The model applies fixed-effects and instrumental variable techniques to estimate the causal relationship between handicraft sector growth and creative economy performance, measured through value added, export capacity, and enterprise productivity. The findings demonstrate that investment in handicraft clusters, improved access to creative markets, and the digitalization of craft-based value chains significantly enhance creative economy efficiency. The study highlights policy implications for regional governments, emphasizing targeted financial support, training programs, and infrastructure to strengthen creative industries. Overall, the research provides a data-driven basis for integrating handicraft development into regional economic planning and creative economy strategies.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Umida Bektoshevahttps://nvpublicationhouse.com/index.php/nvlijmef/article/view/2520Architecting Trust: A Multi-Dimensional Analysis of Data Governance Frameworks for Secure Artificial Intelligence Adoption and Organizational Resilience2025-12-22T04:56:16+00:00Dr. Talvira K. Menstromtalvira@theusajournals.com
Background: In an era characterized by the proliferation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and complex multi-cloud environments, Data Governance (DG) has evolved from a compliance necessity to a strategic imperative. However, distinct gaps remain regarding the adaptability of traditional frameworks to modern security demands and the specific resource constraints of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Objectives: This study aims to synthesize current literature to construct a comprehensive understanding of how DG frameworks facilitate secure AI adoption, enhance digital forensic readiness, and support organizational resilience across varying operational scales.

Methods: A systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis were conducted, utilizing methodologies such as Methodi Ordinatio to qualitatively assess a bibliographic portfolio. The study examines the intersection of DG with blockchain technology, asset management, and public administration policy.

Results: Analysis reveals that while standard frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK provide foundational structure, they often lack the agility required for dynamic AI environments. The findings indicate a strong correlation between robust data quality monitoring and successful AI deployment. Furthermore, the "SME Quandary" persists, suggesting a need for scalable, modular governance architectures.

Conclusions: The paper proposes that modern DG must transition towards a "Governance as a Service" model, integrating forensic readiness and blockchain-enabled security. It concludes that effective governance is the primary determinant of trust in AI systems, requiring a shift from rigid control to dynamic, human-centric oversight.
2025-11-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Dr. Talvira K. The idea behind these methods is that they will help businesses deal with changes in the environment, globalization, and the rise of digital technology. In practice, however, many organizations struggle to use them effectively. Empirical studies consistently show gaps between formal strategic plans and day-to-day decisions, low implementation rates and widespread scepticism about the usefulness of sophisticated strategic frameworks. The purpose of this article is to analyse the main problems of using modern strategic methods in organizational management and to explain why the promise of contemporary strategic frameworks is often only partially realised. The study is based on a narrative review of the literature on strategic planning, competitive strategy, balanced scorecard implementations and the strategy-as-practice perspective. It synthesises findings from classic works by Porter and Mintzberg with more recent research on strategy implementation, dynamic capabilities and performance measurement systems. The results show that problems happen at four levels that are all connected: there is a conceptual mismatch between universal methods and local context, there are organizational and cultural barriers to implementation, there are information and analytical limitations, and there are structural tensions between static tools and dynamic environments. The article concludes that the primary issue is not the obsolescence of contemporary methods, but rather their de-contextualized and ceremonial application, which severs the link between formal strategy and actual managerial practice.
2025-11-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Isayeva Nargiza Xamidovnahttps://nvpublicationhouse.com/index.php/nvlijmef/article/view/2160Modern Approaches To A Comprehensive Assessment Of The Financial Condition Of Enterprises2025-11-23T16:22:50+00:00Ismailova Maxbuba Mirxalilovnaismailova@theusajournals.com
This article examines modern approaches to comprehensively assessing the financial condition of enterprises. The findings underscore the necessity of a holistic HR capacity development strategy to facilitate institutional modernisation, strengthen workforce capabilities, and advance the alignment of Uzbekistan’s higher education sector with international benchmarks.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Mavluda Kengboevahttps://nvpublicationhouse.com/index.php/nvlijmef/article/view/2514Integrating Zakat, Waqf, And Commercial Finance: A Hybrid Islamic Microfinance Model For Poverty Reduction In Uzbekistan2025-12-22T04:56:15+00:00Fakhritdin Khudaynazarovfakhritdin@theusajournals.com
This study proposes a novel hybrid Islamic microfinance model integrating Zakat, Waqf, and commercial finance mechanisms to address poverty reduction in Uzbekistan. Drawing from maqasid al-shariah principles and sustainable development goals (SDGs), we develop a theoretical framework that combines the redistributive function of Zakat, the endowment sustainability of Waqf, and the scalability of commercial Islamic finance. Our methodology employs a mixed-methods approach, analyzing regulatory frameworks, conducting stakeholder interviews, and developing financial projections for the proposed model. The results demonstrate that a hybrid model could potentially serve 150,000 low-income households within five years, with projected poverty reduction rates of 35-40% among beneficiaries. Four comprehensive tables present implementation phases, financial projections, risk mitigation strategies, and comparative analysis with conventional microfinance. The discussion reveals that successful implementation requires regulatory reforms, institutional capacity building, and digital infrastructure development. We conclude that this integrated approach offers a culturally appropriate and financially sustainable solution for poverty alleviation in Uzbekistan, contributing to both Islamic finance literature and development economics. The model's replicability across Central Asian contexts enhances its theoretical and practical significance.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fakhritdin Khudaynazarovhttps://nvpublicationhouse.com/index.php/nvlijmef/article/view/2521Developing Methods For Assessing The Effectiveness And Improving The Quality Of The Educational Process Using Data Science Technologies2025-12-22T04:56:16+00:00Muminova Makhbuba Abduvafayevnaabduvafayevna@theusajournals.comSokhib Makhmadaliyevmakhmadaliyev@theusajournals.com
The rapid digitalization of education has increased the demand for data-driven approaches to evaluate and enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Reyesisabella@theusajournals.com
Abstract: Purpose: This paper aims to provide a comprehensive empirical analysis of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in the private education sector of Cebu City, Philippines. The study seeks to identify prevalent HRM strategies, assess the adoption and impact of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and determine the relationship between these practices and key organizational outcomes such as teacher retention and school performance.

Design/methodology/approach: A mixed-methods research design was employed. Quantitative data were gathered through a structured survey administered to HR managers and administrators across [N] private schools in Cebu City. This was complemented by qualitative data from [N] in-depth, semi-structured interviews with school principals and HR heads to explore contextual nuances and lived experiences.

Findings: The study reveals a significant variance in the maturity of HRM functions among schools. While foundational practices like recruitment and payroll are well-established, strategic functions such as performance management and career development are inconsistently implemented. A key finding is that while HRIS adoption is widespread, its use is predominantly limited to administrative tasks rather than strategic decision-making, representing a major untapped potential. The results demonstrate a statistically significant positive association between investment in continuous professional development and teacher retention rates.

Practical implications: The findings provide a practical diagnostic tool for school leaders in Cebu City to benchmark their HRM practices. The paper offers actionable recommendations for leveraging HRIS more strategically, designing effective teacher retention programs, and aligning HR policies with overall school objectives to foster a high-performance culture.

Originality/value: This study addresses a significant gap in the literature by focusing on the under-researched context of private education within a major Southeast Asian urban center. It provides valuable, evidence-based insights that contribute to both HRM theory and the practical management of educational institutions.
2025-11-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Dr. Isabella C. Building a meso-level framework aligned with the Oslo Manual, it links these shifts to intermediate conditions such as market power, collaboration intensity, financing constraints, and human-capital deployment, and outlines an empirical design using panel data and quasi-experimental identification. Synthesis of comparative evidence indicates that formalization broadens participation in innovation, moderate consolidation creates slack for development projects, digitalization reduces search and coordination costs, and clusters accelerate knowledge spillovers, while excessive concentration and poorly governed clusters dampen exploratory efforts. The paper argues that effects operate through enhanced absorptive capacity and dynamic capabilities, and recommends sequenced, sector-sensitive policies that pair regulatory simplification, finance reforms, and digital public goods with capability building.
2025-11-11T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Abdullayeva Shaxnoza Esonovna
